I. RESERVATION & PAYMENT TERMS:
1. The Deposit
PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED: Check (by post), bank transfer, online payment
- It corresponds to 30% of the rental amount.
Its receipt is a condition for confirmation of the reservation.
The amount of the deposit is indicated on a case-by-case basis in the reservation file that we send you by email following your reservation online or by telephone.
- It is expected within 7 working days following receipt of your reservation file. The deadline for receipt is indicated on a case-by-case basis in this document. After this period and if we have not been contacted to inform us of a possible delay, the accommodation concerned will be put back for rent and therefore considered available for other travelers.
- It will not be requested in case of ""last minute"" reservation (reservation made less than 5 days before the arrival date).
2. The Balance
PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED: Check (by post), bank transfer, online payment, ANCV* checks (under conditions)
- * Payment conditions by bank transfer: the transfer must be made at least 5 days before the arrival date and proof must be provided by email once the transfer has been made.
- * Conditions of payment by ANCV checks:
- Accepted for Mini-Villas and Large Villas type accommodations only.
- The balance can be partially settled by ANCV check and the maximum share will be calculated as follows:
- Total rental amount between €0 and €1,800: ANCV share payment: 20% of the maximum amount.
- Total rental amount between €1,800 and €4,000: ANCV share payment: 15% of the maximum amount
- Total rental amount between €4,000 and €6,000: ANCV share payment: 10% of the maximum amount
Payment by ANCV check, even partial, is only accepted in the case of a direct reservation.
3. Mandatory supplements
- Municipal tourist tax calculated per night and per adult:
3-star Mini-Villa (€1.10), 4-star Large Villas (€1.43), Independent Villa and Garden Level F3 and F4 (€1.00)
- Additional occupant:
15€/person/night (excluding children under 3 years old - sleeping in a travel cot)
For the provision of equipment necessary for sleeping a 5th person in accommodation initially intended for 4 people (Mini-Villas, Large Villas, Independent Villa, Garden Level F3)
For the provision of equipment necessary for sleeping a 7th and/or 8th person in the accommodation initially intended for 6 people (Garden Level F4)

- Animals: Accepted under conditions:
- Weight less than or equal to 25 kg.
- Only one animal per accommodation is accepted.
- Supplement of €50 (July-August) or €40 (September to June)

4. The Deposit
- Amount of the deposit :
- €300 for the smallest accommodation (Mini-Villas and Ground Floor F3)
- €500 for the largest accommodations (Independent Villa, Large Villas, Garden Level F4)
- It must be provided by check on the day of arrival and will be returned to the tenant by post if no damage has been noted.
- The check will only be cashed in the event of damage to the accommodation or residence not taken care of by the tenant.
- Collection may be made up to 7 days after the tenant's departure, after having notified them by email.
- For people who do not have a checkbook, the deposit can be deposited in cash in a sealed envelope and will be returned on the day of departure.
The owner undertakes to provide proof of the amount required to restore the accommodation.
- Smokers: Please note that all houses are non-smoking.
- Textiles: - Cushions from the living room and bedrooms, blankets, sheets, towels and bath mats must remain inside the houses. Any damage noted will be deducted from the deposit.
- Please do not use bath towels as a mat, we can provide you with an additional mat if necessary.
- Animals: Please provide a blanket or basket for your pet. They are our friends but are not allowed on sofas and beds.
5. Insurance
We recommend taking out holiday insurance. It is an extension of your home insurance and can be taken out for the duration of your stay.
II. CONDITIONS OF MODIFICATION
In all cases, the tenant undertakes to keep the host informed, as soon as possible, of any change that may have an impact on the availability of the accommodation and/or the total amount of the stay: dates of stay, number of people occupying the accommodation, presence of animals, etc. The host may charge a supplement if the information provided by the tenant when booking is incorrect.
Fees may also apply in the event of a significant change in the arrival and departure date: more than 30 days difference between the initial arrival date and the modified arrival date. They will be calculated according to the following conditions:
- Modification requested more than 30 days before the initial arrival date: No modification fees and the deposit already paid can be carried over as the confirmation deposit for the new stay.
- Modification requested between 30 and 15 days before the initial arrival date: 30% of the total amount: the deposit will not be refunded and
cannot be carried over as the confirmation deposit for the new stay.
- Modification requested within 14 days before the initial arrival date: 50% of the total amount.
A last minute modification will be considered as a 3* cancellation: The deposit will not be refunded, cannot be used for the new stay and the customer will have to pay up to 50% of the amount of the initial stay.
In all cases the quote will be recalculated based on the final period of the stay and modification fees may be applied if the accommodation was booked more than 30 days before the modification request.
III. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Fees may apply in the event of cancellation and will be calculated according to the following conditions:
- Cancellation more than 60 days before the arrival date: 0% of the total amount: the deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 60 and 31 days before the arrival date: 30% of the total amount: the deposit will not be refunded.
- Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date*: 50% of the total amount: non-refundable deposit plus compensation.
- Cancellation within 14 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total amount.
Any stay started will be considered as fully completed and will not give rise to any reimbursement.
- In the event of force majeure*, the above conditions are no longer applicable: the deposit paid may be refunded:
If cancellation is requested at least 30 days before the arrival date indicated on the rental contract. After this period, the deposit will not be refunded but can be used as a credit on a new reservation within the following 18 months.
- Force majeure* cases related to COVID-19:
- Strict confinement: every day and at all times in the traveler's region or in the host region.
- Ban on moving from one region or country to another.
- Strict cancellation of your trip by your transport company without any possibility of postponement.
- A positive COVID-19 test for one of the travelers does not represent a case of force majeure , but the stay may be postponed free of charge and the deposit may also be used as a credit on this postponement.
IV. ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES:
1. Schedules
- Arrivals : Check-in is between 5pm and 7pm. Please inform us of your arrival time as soon as possible.
- Early arrival may be possible subject to availability.
- We do not have a luggage storage area and suitcases cannot be left in the accommodation until cleaning is finished. Please plan your arrival day according to this information.
- Departures : The accommodation must be vacated before 10 a.m. Please inform us of your departure time at least 2 days in advance.
2. Inventory
- On arrival : An ""inventory""* must be completed and returned to us within 24 hours of your arrival.
- If the slightest defect or deterioration is noted, the tenant is requested to kindly indicate it to us when submitting this document* (if it does not already appear under the heading ""Observation/Known Defects"" provided for this purpose).
- On departure : An inventory will be carried out with the tenant taking back the ""inventory of fixtures"" document.
- If the tenant is required to leave the rental before 9 a.m., he is required to make an appointment with us to carry out the inventory.

- Houses must be maintained throughout the stay and left in a decent state of cleanliness.
-Rentals must be returned with dishes clean, put away and bins emptied.
Any cleaning time above the 3 hour package included in the houses will be deducted from the deposit.
- COVID-19: Additional departure arrangements:
- Do not leave food in the accommodation when you leave.
- Ventilate the accommodation as much as possible during your stay and leave all the windows open when you leave.
- Put dirty laundry in the laundry bag provided for this purpose (white striped bag in the bathroom cabinet)
V. LIFE IN THE RESIDENCE
1. Services
- Baby equipment (free)
A travel cot and a high chair can be made available to you. (see option form page 2)
- Delivery from the baker (paid directly to the service provider)
Every morning at 8 a.m. (early June - end of August).
-Beach accessories (free)
Parasols and toys can be made available subject to availability.
- Electric car terminal (paying)
A charging station is available on request at the entrance to the residence.
2. Swimming pool area
- Schedules:
The swimming pool is open from April to the end of October and can be used from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Hygiene :
- Please use the footbath before swimming in the pool.
- Animals are not allowed in the pool area.
- Food, drinks, and cigarettes are prohibited in the pool area.
- Security :
- Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent.
- For your safety, running or diving is prohibited.
- It is forbidden to swim there at night.
- Community Life:
- Large inflatable mattresses and flippers are reserved for the beach.
